Cook Aloud has a free plan, so you can use the app and see whether it suits you before paying anything. We encourage you to do that.
If you subscribe to Premium and are not happy with it, email us within 14 days of your payment and we will refund that payment in full. You do not need to give a reason.
Email stuart2610@gmail.com from the address on your account, and mention that you would like a refund. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, and may take a few business days to appear depending on your bank.
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be billed again. Cancelling on its own does not automatically issue a refund — if you want your most recent payment refunded, email us as described above.
Premium renews automatically each month. Because you can cancel at any time and we offer a free plan, we do not generally refund renewal payments made after the first 14 days — but if you were charged for a renewal you did not intend and have not used, email us and we will do our best to sort it out fairly.
Payments are collected by our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record, who acts as the seller and handles applicable taxes. Refunds are processed through them.
